Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Obtaining a savings account within the designated segment and generating references from the designated catchment region
• Making sure that the constitution, product, and segment mix of new customers are of a high caliber
• Customer onboarding and activation on digital platforms
Participate in branch scoping and catchment mapping activities with the Senior Sales Manager.
• Regularly report customer needs and possibilities to the Branch Manager and Senior Sales Manager.
• Ensuring compliance with the organization’s SOPs and sales compliance
• Ensuring rigorous adherence to internal and external policies and regulations and sourcing quality
• Performing events in the catchment on a regular basis to attract high-quality, HNI clients and increase the bank’s visibility
• Developing important strategic initiatives and routinely asking current clients for recommendations
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
