Understand client needs and provide customized financial solutions, including life insurance, health insurance, and other financial products.
Conduct needs analysis and provide financial planning advice to clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Maintain accurate client records and comply with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the life insurance industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Graduation Mandatory
Local candidates are highly preferred.
