A Relationship Manager works with banks and insurance companies to provide financial services to customers. They help customers understand their financial needs and recommend the best products.
Roles & Responsibility
- Understand a customer’s financial goals and needs.
- Help customers to choose the best financial products for their needs.
- Maintain relationships with customers and bank staff.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to bank customers.
- Work with bank staff to identify potential customers.
- Coach bank employees on sales techniques.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years in sales/marketing.
- Must be a resident or native of the area for 3+ years.
- Basic knowledge of insurance/banking operations.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
