The Relationship Manager collaborates with bank branches to sell insurance products, trains staff, builds relationships and ensures sales targets are met.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Fostering relationships with bank’s sales and operations staff to meet business and productivity goals.
- Attracting new banking clients through insurance product sales.
- Developing Business Implementation plan in collaboration with Branch Manager.
- Utilizing branch database and ensuring genuine documentation.
- Collaborating with sales and operations team for combined sales calls.
Experience and Qualifications:
- You need a graduate degree.
- 2+ years or more of experience in sales or marketing.
- Must have been a native or local resident for at least three years.
- Fundamental understanding of the workings of banks and insurance firms.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
