Job Description
This role is critical in driving sales growth through our Banca channel and leveraging opportunities in the Bancassurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote our insurance products through the banking
- channel, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial and insurance products to existing banking customers, enhancing customer relationships and increasing revenue.
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and
- engagement while achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities that drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the banking or insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Bancassurance model and banking sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
