Responsibilities

·         Build and manage a team of agency partners to achieve sales targets

·         Provide training and support to agency partners

·         Implement strategies to drive growth and profitability

·         Analyze market trends and identify opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in any Any Field

·         Age 21 to 38

·         Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing

·         Achieving sales targets.

·         Knowledge of insurance products and  policies,

·         Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
