The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving sales and business growth through the bank’s distribution network by managing relationships, promoting insurance products, and meeting sales targets within the bancassurance segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with partner banks to promote insurance products.
- Train and support bank staff to enhance sales performance.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the banca channel.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns to increase product visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide regular sales performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or bancassurance.
- Strong understanding of banking and insurance sectors.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
