Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Relationship Manager to sell life insurance products through bank branches, working closely with bank staff to drive sales and promote insurance solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and employees to generate leads.
• Conduct quick needs analysis with walk-in customers to identify suitable insurance solutions.
• Educate customers about the benefits and features of life insurance products.
• Inspire and encourage bank staff to recommend policies to clients.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and service standards.

Experience and Qualifications:

• A graduate degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Must have been a local resident or native for at least 3 years.
• Basic understanding of banking and insurance operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
