What You’ll Do:
You’ll handle leads from the company, talk to people about insurance plans, follow up with them regularly, and get them to buy by making simple presentations and meeting them face-to-face.
Your Tasks:
- Take the leads the company gives you and work on them.
- Get clients excited to buy insurance.
- Explain plans in a way that’s easy to understand.
- Tell them why the plan is good for them.
- Call or check in with clients every day.
- Arrange meetings with people who want to know more.
- Put together clear presentations based on what clients can spend.
- Go meet clients to close sales.
What You Need:
- Finished college (a must).
- Worked in sales or marketing for 2+ years (any job).
- Been living in the area for 3+ years.
- Shown you can meet sales goals.
- Good at chatting and connecting with people.
