We are seeking an energetic Relationship Manager to manage and convert inbound leads into long-term clients. If you’re a strong communicator with a passion for financial products, we’d love to talk!

Core Duties:

• Handle pre-qualified leads from the company
• Meet clients in person and explain insurance policies clearly
• Help clients choose plans based on their budgets and goals
• Maintain consistent follow-up to close deals
• Build a pipeline of prospects through regular outreach
• Track and report sales performance

Candidate Profile:

• Must be a graduate
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
• Preferably residing locally for 3+ years
• Excellent interpersonal and closing skills
