Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Relationship Manager to drive sales by directly reaching out to customers. This role involves leading a sales team, managing leads, and ensuring targets are met through direct selling methods such as telecalling, walk-ins, online inquiries, and field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow sales through direct customer engagement
Lead and support a team of direct sales executives
Generate and convert leads from various sources
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with company and industry standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field
2–5 years of experience in direct sales (insurance, finance, telecom, or retail preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Self-driven and customer-focused approach
