Job Role:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, help them with product/service needs, and drive business growth through lead generation and regular follow-ups.

Key Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Field sales or client-facing experience
• Local market knowledge
• Goal-driven and customer-focused

Requirements for Relationship Manager:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or customer relationship roles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into customers
• Must be a local resident with good knowledge of the area
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
