Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure high customer satisfaction, and drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client-facing or sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
