Job Description
We’re looking for a client-focused Relationship Manager to strengthen our customer base by maintaining meaningful, long-term relationships. This role involves understanding customer needs, offering suitable solutions, and ensuring a positive service experience throughout the client journey.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong connections with clients to drive engagement and loyalty.
Assess customer needs and provide product recommendations aligned with their goals.
Act as a trusted advisor and primary contact for all client interactions.
Meet sales and service targets through effective relationship management and product promotion.
Keep client records updated in CRM systems and ensure all interactions are logged accurately.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay competitive and client-relevant.
Requirements:
Graduate degree is Mandatory
2+ Years of Sales Experience
Must be a Local Candidate
Age Criteria 22 – 38
