Job Summary:

We are hiring a customer-focused and result-driven Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, understand their needs, and offer the right financial or insurance solutions. Your role will be to build trust, grow business from existing clients, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
• Follow up regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Meet sales and relationship management targets.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Maintain proper records of client interactions and transactions.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver smooth customer service.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
