Job Title: Relationship Manager
Compensation: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + High-Earning Incentives

Role Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Relationship Manager to lead client acquisition and sales development efforts on the ground. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong customer connections, driving team performance, and growing business through direct outreach and strategic relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Identify new sales opportunities and expand outreach in the assigned territory
Engage in field-level client acquisition through referrals, walk-ins, and personal networks
Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of sales representatives to meet performance goals
Support the team in achieving individual and collective targets
Nurture long-term relationships with clients by delivering consistent value and follow-ups
Analyze market trends and share insights to fine-tune sales strategies

Candidate Profile
Graduate from any discipline
Minimum 2 Year  of field sales experience
Strong familiarity with the local market and established professional network
Proven track record of target achievement and team leadership
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills
