Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, understand customer needs, and drive business growth by offering relevant solutions and excellent service.

Key Duties:
Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Ensure a smooth customer experience and prompt issue resolution
Serve as the main contact point for client interactions
Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client base
Maintain updated records and report client interactions regularly
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory
2+ years of experience in sales or client servicing
Must be a Local Candidate
Age Criteria 22 -38
