Job Summary:
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction to help grow business and loyalty.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage a high potential customers and maintain regular contact.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable products or services.
- Provide personalized support and resolve client queries promptly.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products.
- Achieve sales and service targets set by the company.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
