Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, understand client needs, and help grow business.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable product or service solutions
  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries and concerns
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet client expectations

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
  • Graduation Completion
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Preferred local candidate
