Job Summary:

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and help them with our products or services. You will be responsible for handling client queries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely solutions
• Help achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
