Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and target-driven Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, offering suitable products or services, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate financial or service-based solutions.
- Cross-sell and upsell products like insurance products and services.
- Meet sales and service targets set by the company.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients for renewals, upgrades, and referrals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
