Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and result-driven Relationship Manager to manage and grow our client base. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, offering the right products/services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Understand client needs and offer suitable insurance products
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Achieve sales and service targets as per company goals
• Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure quick resolution
• Cross-sell and up-sell various financial or insurance products
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
