Job  Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow client relationships. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering suitable products/services, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying client experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for sales and customer engagement
• Resolve customer queries and provide post-sale support

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
