  • Responsible for achieving business targets by managing existing and new customer relationships.
  • Handle client acquisition, cross-selling, and portfolio management.
  • Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and prompt service.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth business execution.
