Job Description

Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide the direct sales team
• Set and track sales targets and daily activities
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable products
• Achieve assigned sales and service targets
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
