Relationship Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-field support to sales teams and channel partners
• Assist in lead follow-ups, documentation, and case processing
• Coordinate with customers for forms, KYC, and required documents
• Ensure timely submission and tracking of sales cases
• Resolve basic customer and agent queries at the field level
• Support sales campaigns and promotional activities
• Maintain daily MIS and field activity reports
• Coordinate with internal operations and underwriting teams

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in field sales or sales support
• Experience in BFSI/Insurance preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel extensively in the field
