Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to develop and manage a strong client base, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets through effective lead conversion.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Guide and assist clients in choosing suitable insurance or financial products.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and post-sale services.
• Stay updated on company products, market trends, and competitor activities.
