Job Description
Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that support business growth.
Responsibility:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and escalations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and review meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services.
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Analyze client behaviour and recommend personalized solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
