Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products
- Sell banking/insurance products (Loans, CASA, Life/Health Insurance, etc.)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 1–5 years of experience in BFSI / Sales / Customer Handling
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset
- Field & office work as per role requirement
