Job Description

Job Summary :
The Relationship Channel is responsible for driving insurance business growth within the assigned territory through the agency distribution model. The role involves leading and developing Agency Managers and advisors to achieve sales targets. The position also ensures team productivity, market expansion, and compliance with company guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage multiple agency teams within the assigned area to achieve business and revenue targets.
  • Recruit, train, and develop Agency Managers/Advisors to improve productivity and performance.
  • Monitor sales performance, conduct regular review meetings, and implement growth strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and timely reporting of MIS and business data.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Insurance/BFSI sector.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented with ability to work in field sales.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products and agency channel operations (preferred).
