Fresh graduates will be trained to manage customer portfolios and support business growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Acquire new customers through leads, referrals, and branch walk-ins 
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients 
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend banking products 
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets 
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries 

Eligibility Criteria 

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Basic knowledge of banking or financial products
