Job Summary:
As a Relationship Manager, you will manage and support a network of life insurance agents to achieve business targets. The role involves agent development, customer engagement, and consistent field activity.
Key Responsibilities:
– Build a strong team of insurance agents
– Ensure activation and regular business from agents
– Conduct joint field calls to help agents close sales
– Provide regular product training and support
– Track agent performance and daily activity
– Maintain a healthy relationship with customers and agents
Requirements:
– Graduate must
– Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
– Good communication and leadership qualities
– Must be from the local area
