Relationship Manager – Bancassurance (Branch Banking)
Location: Mumbai
CTC: Up to 5.50 LPA + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Relationship Manager for the Bancassurance channel to work with partner bank branches. The role involves generating insurance business through branch references, managing customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate insurance sales through bank branch customers

• Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers

• Provide product guidance and close leads

• Achieve assigned business targets

• Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance

Eligibility:

• Graduate (Mandatory)

• 1–4 years of experience in BFSI / Bancassurance / Banking sales

• Good communication and relationship management skills
