Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager – Banca Channel
Location: Rajkot
CTC: Up to 3.00 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Relationship Manager to join our Banca Channel team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with bank partners, driving sales of insurance and financial products through the banca channel, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff and bank partners to generate business opportunities.
Drive sales of life insurance and other financial products through the banca channel.
Identify prospective customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable products.
Work closely with bank staff to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
Provide excellent post-sales service and support to customers.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and financial awareness activities to increase business.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, and prepare reports for management.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Candidate Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.

1–3 years of experience in banking, insurance, or financial services preferred.
Strong knowledge of sales, relationship management, and customer handling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with bank staff.
High level of integrity, self-motivation, and target orientation.
