Job Overview:

We are looking for a Relationship Manager in the Banca Channel to drive life insurance business through bank branches. The role focuses on customer engagement, branch coordination, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong working relationships with bank staff.
Promote and sell life insurance products to bank customers.
Generate and convert leads from assigned bank branches.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Deliver excellent service and ensure policy compliance.

Candidate Profile:

Graduation is mandatory.
1–3 years of sales experience (BFSI preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
