Job Overview:

We are looking for a Relationship Manager in the Bancassurance channel to manage bank partnerships and generate life insurance sales. The role involves customer engagement, branch coordination, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with assigned bank branches to generate business.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable life insurance solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.

Deliver excellent service and ensure compliance with company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of sales or BFSI experience preferred.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented.
