Job Summary:

We are hiring a Relationship Manager to drive life insurance business through bank branches. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, experience in the BFSI sector, and a customer-focused mindset.

Work Role:

Drive insurance sales through assigned bank branches
Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions
Achieve business targets and ensure quality service
Conduct regular training and engagement activities with bank staff

Candidate Requirements:

2 to 4 years of experience in life insurance or BFSI sales
Good communication and client handling skills
Graduation is mandatory
