Relationship Manager – BFSI

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches

• Build strong working relationships with Branch Managers and staff

• Generate leads from bank customer base

• Conduct joint customer meetings with bank employees

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

• 1 to 4 years of experience in Bancassurance / Life Insurance sales

• Strong understanding of insurance products

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
