Job Description

Position: Banca Channel – Relationship Manager

Location: [Sioplim—Goa] CTC: ₹3.00 LPA

Experience: Minimum 1 year in BFSI Sales

Education: Graduation mandatory

Responsibilities:

  • Drive insurance sales through bank partners
  • Build strong relationships with bank employees
  • Generate leads and convert into closures
  • Ensure daily activity and sales reporting
  • Deliver monthly & quarterly targets

Requirements:

  • BFSI sales experience (CASA, loans, credit cards, etc.)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in any financial product sales
  • Graduate with strong customer-handling skills
  • Must be target-driven and field-oriented
