Roles And Responsibility :
– To call and Communicate With Clients.
– 80% of Leads will be provided
– 20% of leads are to be generated from natural markets or references.
– Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
– Selling the insurance product of the tied insurance company.
– Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion
Candidate Profile :
– Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
– Experience : 1 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales/BFSI/Life Insurance
– Age : 21 to 38 years.
– Local candidates hire first.
– Have good negotiation skills.
– Leadership qualities
– Team Leading.
