Job Description
As a Relationship Manager in Direct Channel Sales, you will drive sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and promote our insurance products directly to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
Implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide clients with detailed information about our insurance products and services.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1+ years of experience in sales or customer relationship management, preferably in BFSI domain.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
