Job Description

Position: Relationship Manager – Direct Sales
Location: Bhopal
CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in BFSI Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Drive direct sales of life insurance products through provided leads and self-sourcing
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term engagement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Ensure all sales activities comply with company and regulatory guidelines

Candidate Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in the BFSI sector
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and deliver consistent performance
