About the Role:

We are hiring a Relationship Manager – Field Sales to build and manage strong customer relationships, generate new business, and drive sales growth in the Karad region. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in fieldwork and passionate about client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers through field visits
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
Promote products/services and provide customized solutions
Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction
Share daily reports and updates with the sales team

Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 2 to 4 years of field sales experience (Insurance/BFSI/FMCG preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
Self-motivated and result-driven
