Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell life insurance products through the Banca channel
Build strong working relationships with bank staff to generate business
Identify customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Achieve sales targets on a regular basis

Candidate Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory
1 to 3 years of experience in sales (preferably BFSI or Insurance sector)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
