About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Relationship Manager to join our Banca Channel team in Vile Parle. In this role, you will be responsible for generating life insurance business through assigned bank branches, fostering strong relationships with bank staff, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive life insurance sales by working closely with the bank’s branch staff
Build and maintain professional relationships with bank employees and clients
Identify customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Ensure consistent achievement of sales and business development targets
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards
Regularly conduct product training and support for branch personnel
Ensure adherence to compliance, process, and regulatory requirements

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in life insurance or BFSI sales
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Graduation is mandatory
