Job Description
The Relationship Manager – Insurance is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving insurance sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries or concerns promptly.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for insurance sales.
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance policies based on customer requirements.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in insurance sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of insurance products
