Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our insurance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer insurance needs and suggest suitable products.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance on insurance plans.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain client records and track all interactions and sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

You’ll Need:

  • Any graduate can apply
  • Good communication and people skills
  • A two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally
  • Sales experience is a bonus, but not a must
  • A convincing way with words and a confident vibe
  • Local candidates preferred – knowing the area helps a lot
