Job Title: Relationship Manager – Life insurance

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Manage a team of field sales representatives to drive sales
• Conduct regular visits to clients and prospects in assigned areas
• Set sales goals for the team and track their performance
• Provide training and coaching to improve team skills
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Address any issues or concerns that arise in the field
• Report sales data and team progress to senior management
• Ensure coverage of all target markets and territories

Candidate Profile: 

• 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably with team management
• You must be graduate
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must have a bike and a valid driver’s license
• Familiar with local area and customer needs
• Able to use basic apps and reporting tools
• Ready to travel daily and work outdoors
