Job Summary:

We are hiring a Relationship Manager for our insurance sales team in Mumbai. This is a lead-based role, where you will work on pre-generated leads to understand customer needs and provide the right insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle leads provided by the company
Call and meet potential customers to explain insurance products
Build strong relationships with clients
Provide excellent post-sales support and follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales targets
Ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewals

Who Can Apply:

Graduate in any stream
1 to 3 years of experience in sales (Insurance or BFSI preferred)
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working on targets and field visits if required
