Job Title: Relationship Manager/Officer
Location: Banswara – RJ
A relationship manager/officer is responsible for leading a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. Their duties include developing sales strategies, evaluating the effectiveness of sales teams across various locations, and overseeing team members’ performance
Objectives of this role:
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
- Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they’re using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate
- Candidates with an operations background will not be fit for this job profile
- We need to work on 100% on-field for sales of policies.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of Any field Sales.
